I would like to start off by saying Carolina Elite Baseball is a youth
baseball program, and not everybody in this program may have the ambition
of playing collegiate, or professional baseball in the future. Proper
perspective needs to be maintained when looking at youth baseball, and this
program wasn't designed to simply develop college and professional
athletes. Those players who simply want a fun and educational
baseball experience are every bit as important to us as those who may one
day grace a major league baseball field.

With that said, however,
there
may be some players that come through this program who will want to pursue
a baseball career beyond high school. If, and when that time comes,
Carolina Elite Baseball will be an invaluable resource to help you through
the recruiting process. James Molinari has experience on both sides
of this process, as a former recruited athlete and college recruiter.
This experience and knowledge can help you understand the process, and how
the negotiation works (make no mistake about it, scholarships are a
negotiation)! Carolina Elite Baseball will help you understand the
entire recruiting process, including:
How baseball scholarships work (they are different than
other scholarship in terms of the amount schools have to work with),
including the difference between baseball money vs. financial aid
What is a "deal", and why is it offered
What role does the MLB draft play in the recruiting process
(regardless of whether you are a potential draft pick, it still may
effect you)!!!

you
