My time so far with Carolina Elite has been an awesome experience. I could not explain how much I love the schedule for this team. This team has changed my attitude toward baseball; it has showed me what good sportsmanship is really about. I have learned more techniques to baseball from my coach Molinari. All I used to do was play with just the fundamentals now I play fundamentals and new techniques that I’ve learned. Coach Moli an awesome coach. He has been a good influence in my game. He played for ECU and coached for Virginia. He has inspired me to work hard to play for a college someday.

As parents of a player, it has been refreshing to see the depth of the coaching. Not only are the fundamentals stressed, but Moli also stresses the need to always be thinking about the game – what are smart plays, what are other options, what to anticipate next… The goal is not just to build a team that can win a game, but to build players that will be winning in years to come. That has been a true blessing in our son’s baseball experience.

Our journey with Carolina Elite Baseball and Coach James Molinari has been a rewarding one for us and our son, Lucas.  James expresses such great enthusiasm for the game of baseball and he teaches his players to play the game the way it should be played.  He has a great passion for developing his players to their full potential, and he encourages them to relax, have fun, and enjoy the game. Under the direction of Coach Molinari, players are taught to respect the game of baseball, respect themselves, and to respect each other on and off the field.  There is no other program in the area that teaches players in such a positive way.  In addition to developing each player one fundamental at a time, this program helps to build confidence and character which are very important building blocks in the game of life.
