Joining a Carolina Elite Baseball team is a great way to
further your child's development as a baseball player. Team practices, individual instruction, and baseball
camps/clinics will help increase your physical skills. That is only
part of the process to becoming a better baseball player, however.
Actual game experience under quality coaching is the only way to learn
critical team skills that you cannot learn in practice. With that
said, there is simply no substitute for actual game experience.

2010 Carolina Elite Wildcats
Travel baseball allows players to play the game of
baseball using high school rules at age ten. Recreation baseball
doesn't offer this opportunity until the age of thirteen. Those
players who have travel baseball experience, will be entering their 4th
season of high school rules the same year a recreation player will be
entering their 1st!!! This gives travel baseball players a tremendous
advantage over recreational players when trying out for their middle school
or high school team.
I would like to recognize that many people have a negative
perception when they hear the term "travel team." Carolina
Elite Baseball does not operate like any other travel team in the
area. We are a year-round program, but in moderation. Our teams
practice on average two times per week. In addition, these practices
are optional! We encourage families to have lives, and don't expect
them to revolve around our team. If you have a family vacation
planned, go on it! If you want to get away for the weekend, do
it! If your son is burned out, and just wants to get away from baseball
for a few weeks, that's okay! Carolina Elite Baseball comes after your
faith, your family, your education, and your well-being (feel free to insert
a few more, it won't offend us)! We even have a practice
squad, which
is a membership for those players who want the instruction, but prefer not
to commit to a team.

To Join page.
